Why I made this site

I wrote made this website to make filling out patient encounter logs more efficient.

How it works

It uses the username and password that you give to log into the official patient encounter submit all of the information that you put in here. The idea is that it will be faster than doing the logs through the official website.

Risk benefit Analysis

The risk is that there could possibly be bugs, so you could loose whatever you put here without it getting put on the official website. The benefit is that it could be substantially faster than using the official patient encounter log website. I trust you to make an informed decision weighing the risks and benefits, and take no responsibility whatsoever for your choices and anything bad that may happen to you because of them.
